Tony Craig attended the University of Cincinnati's College of Business, College of Engineering, and College-Conservatory of Music simultaneously before quickly discovering his passion lay in business. After leaving school to join Bank One, NA, he helped develop a system for monitoring internal clearing operations with the Federal Reserve and regional clearinghouse banks. That early exposure to high-level systems and processes shaped the foundation of Tony's career—designing innovative business solutions that streamline operations, elevate customer experience, and support sustainable growth.

Entering the rent-to-own industry, Tony spent the next 40 years serving some of the nation's most recognized retail and rent-to-own companies as both an executive and consultant. His work has spanned customer satisfaction analytics, digital marketing, intranet development, communications architecture, and organizational transformation. Tony pioneered the industry's first e-commerce prototype and played an instrumental role in shaping regulatory and legislative initiatives that protect both businesses and consumers. Through his company, Measuring Up, he authored a landmark analysis on customer satisfaction in the rent-to-own sector that was used to brief members of the U.S. Congress.

Tony has founded and led multiple ventures across business and nonprofit sectors, including Right Choice Today, CLAY Team Sports, Created… Music Project, and Paradigm Shift Ministries. He co-developed the RCTI Business Resources model, one of the earliest cloud-based corporate support systems for small businesses—an approach that has since become standard practice across modern organizations. Today, Tony brings his background in strategic leadership, operations design, and digital business systems to the role of CEO.

Dustin holds a Master of Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Malone University. His digital media work began by launching the university's first social media campaign in 2009. Since then, he has led digital strategy, customer intelligence, and innovation projects across the private, non-profit, and education sectors, preparing him for the role of CTO.

Before entering education, Dustin served as Corporate Chairman and Vice President of Right Choice Today, Inc., overseeing teams in management consulting, web development, event production, and customer satisfaction. As Chief Information Officer for RCTI Business Resources—the first startup to appear on the cover of U.S. Business Review—Dustin helped design a virtual corporate office model for small businesses.

Dustin has worked with hundreds of local churches in the non-profit sector during his time with CLAY Team Sports, Created... Music Project, and Paradigm Shift Ministries. Dustin also worked to teach and preserve local history related to the Underground Railroad as the owner of The Haven on Vine Bed & Breakfast and Retreat Center.

As a licensed educator, Dustin has experience teaching AP U.S. Government, AP Human Geography, American History, Economics, Financial Literacy, International Politics, Model UN, World History, Introduction to Law, and Criminology across public, private, and charter schools. Before receiving his teaching license, Dustin tutored for an IB boarding school in history, government, psychology, and theology.

Dustin has contributed to curriculum and research initiatives with institutions such as the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, Harvard Case Method Institute, NYU's Nest Support Project, Penn State's Susan Hirt Hagen Center, Barna Group, and iCivics. He specializes in developing new courses, writing inclusive and well-scaffolded curricula, and training other teachers on utilizing digital technologies and resources.
