These Official Rules set the framework for CORSORIA HOME giveaways and prize drawings. The specific details for each promotion — entry period, prize, approximate retail value (ARV), and drawing date — are published in a Promotion Notice for that promotion. A free alternate method of entry is always available through our free giveaway-entry form.
Annual Giveaway: Each annual giveaway entry period runs from December 1 through November 30. Entries received during that period apply to the drawing held the following December. Limit one entry per eligible person per annual giveaway. Active CORSORIA HOME members are automatically entered. The Promotion Notice announces the prize, ARV, and drawing date for the current annual giveaway.
These Official Rules apply to sweepstakes, giveaways, drawings, "enter to win" promotions, and other chance-based prize promotions sponsored by Right Choice Today, Inc. through the CORSORIA HOME brand (each a "Promotion"), unless a Promotion's specific notice states otherwise.
Each Promotion must have a Promotion Notice identifying its name, entry period, eligibility, prize, approximate retail value, entry limit, drawing date, and any additional terms. The Promotion Notice is incorporated into these Official Rules. If a Promotion Notice conflicts with these Official Rules, the Promotion Notice controls only for that Promotion.
NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAID CORSORIA HOME MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE A PERSON'S ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

The Sponsor may use third-party service providers to administer a Promotion, collect entries, select a winner, or deliver a prize. Those service providers do not become sponsors unless a Promotion Notice expressly identifies them as such.
Unless a Promotion Notice states a narrower eligibility area, Promotions are open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter.

Eligibility is subject to verification. The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who does not satisfy these requirements.
The opening and closing dates and times for each Promotion will be stated in its Promotion Notice. Unless otherwise stated, all times are Eastern Time, and the Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Entries received before or after the stated Promotion Period are not eligible.
Each Promotion Notice will identify the available entry methods. Every Promotion will include a free entry method.
When a Promotion Notice offers automatic member entry, each eligible person with the specified active CORSORIA HOME membership on the stated eligibility or drawing date will receive one entry without taking further action. For the Annual Giveaway, all active CORSORIA HOME members are automatically entered.
Automatic member entry is provided for convenience. Membership is not required, and a paid member does not receive better odds or more entries than a person using the free entry method.
An eligible person may enter without purchasing or holding a membership by completing the free entry form at corsoriahome.com/giveaway-entry.
The entry form requests only the information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, administer the Promotion, and contact a potential winner. The entrant must identify the Promotion being entered and submit the form during that Promotion's stated entry period.
No marketing subscription may be required to enter. Any option to receive promotional email or text messages must be separate, optional, unchecked by default, and not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
Unless a Promotion Notice states otherwise, the limit is one entry per eligible person per Promotion, regardless of entry method. Entering through more than one method does not create additional entries.
Limit one entry per eligible person per annual giveaway, regardless of entry method. If multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be retained and all subsequent entries will be disregarded. The Sponsor may identify duplicate entries using the entrant's name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, account information, or other reasonably available identifying information.
Entries generated by script, bot, macro, automation, bulk submission, multiple identities, false information, or other improper means are void. If a dispute arises over the identity of an entrant, the Sponsor may require proof that the entrant controls the email address used to enter.
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, the applicable Promotion Notice, and the Sponsor's decisions concerning the Promotion. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Unless a Promotion Notice states otherwise, the potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that Promotion. For the annual CORSORIA HOME giveaway, the drawing is held during the first week of December each year.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Paid membership, membership tier, purchases, order value, and shopping activity do not improve the odds of winning.
The Sponsor will attempt to notify a potential winner using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information associated with the winning entry.
Unless the Promotion Notice provides a different period, a potential winner must respond within five business days after the first notification attempt. If the potential winner:
the potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
A potential winner may be required to sign an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release where lawful, prize-acceptance form, and tax form before receiving the prize. The Sponsor may issue tax-reporting documents when required by applicable law.
Each Promotion Notice will describe the prize, quantity, and approximate retail value.
Unless otherwise stated:
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize authorizes the Sponsor to publish the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and prize for Promotion-administration, winner-list, and reasonable publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Any broader use of a winner's image, voice, biography, testimonial, or likeness will require any additional permission required by applicable law.
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Promotion if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
If a Promotion is terminated after entries have been received, the Sponsor may, when lawful and practical, select a winner at random from eligible, non-suspect entries received before termination.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Right Choice Today, Inc., CORSORIA HOME, their affiliates, service providers, prize providers, advertising and promotion partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in a Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, misdirected, undelivered, or improperly submitted entries; unavailable networks or services; technical, hardware, software, communications, printing, or human errors; unauthorized intervention; or other events outside their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If a Promotion is communicated through Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, or another social platform, entrants release that platform from claims related to the Promotion and acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform unless the Promotion Notice expressly states otherwise.
Questions, comments, and claims regarding a Promotion must be directed to CORSORIA HOME, not to a social platform.
Personal information collected for a Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, maintain legally required records, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Information will be handled according to the CORSORIA HOME Privacy Policy.
Entering a Promotion does not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing email or text messages. Marketing communications require a separate consent when required by law and may be declined without affecting entry, eligibility, or odds of winning.
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and each Promotion are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes are subject to the applicable dispute-resolution provisions in the CORSORIA HOME Terms & Conditions, including any valid individual arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions.
If those provisions do not apply to a particular dispute, the dispute must be brought individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires another forum.
After a Promotion ends and its winner has been verified, a person may request the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and prize by emailing corsoria@rightchoicetoday.com.
Use the subject line "Winner List Request" and identify the Promotion. Requests must be received within ninety days after the Promotion ends unless a longer period is required by law.
