Welcome to CORSORIA HOME, a Right Choice Today, Inc. brand ("CORSORIA HOME," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and membership programs (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CORSORIA HOME offers the following membership tiers, each available on monthly, annual, and lifetime plans:

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice to members.
Memberships are available on monthly, annual, and lifetime billing plans. Lifetime membership means the lifetime of the membership itself, not the lifetime of the member. It remains active only as long as the membership is continuous, in good standing, and uninterrupted.
By signing up for a recurring membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend your membership benefits until payment is received. If a payment failure causes the membership to lapse or terminate, any promotional or discounted rate ends immediately.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will retain access to membership benefits until that time.
No refunds are provided on membership fees. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access through the end of your current subscription period. For Lifetime memberships, the subscription period is considered to be 365 months.
Refunds for Foundation, Signature, and Premier memberships are not provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by law or granted at our sole discretion.
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
From time to time, CORSORIA HOME may offer promotional codes, coupons, or discounted rates. Any promotional or discounted rate applies only for as long as the associated membership remains active, in good standing, and uninterrupted.
If a membership receiving a promotional or discounted rate is cancelled, lapses, or is terminated for any reason—including declined payment, failed payment, chargeback, or breach of these terms—the promotional or discounted rate ends immediately. Should the member later rejoin, they will do so at the then-current standard rates and may use any promotion or coupon then available; the previous promotional or discounted rate will not be reinstated.
Promotional and discounted rates apply to the applicable membership fee only and do not apply to taxes, shipping, or any products purchased. CORSORIA HOME may modify or discontinue the availability of any promotion at any time; rates already locked in under an active, uninterrupted membership are not affected.
CORSORIA HOME is committed to donating an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of all membership fee revenue to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) through the "Team Bri" Annual Walk MS fundraiser, with the permission of both Bri Edwards (Team Bri) and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. These funds are placed in a dedicated reserve account and donated annually in connection with Team Bri's Annual Walk MS. Any interest earned on the reserved funds is also donated; CORSORIA HOME does not retain or earn anything from these funds and bears all costs of managing, maintaining, and administering the reserve at its own expense. This commitment may be adjusted or discontinued for future periods at CORSORIA HOME's discretion, and any such change will be reflected here.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual size, color, texture, or appearance of the item. Images may be enlarged, cropped, or displayed with props and styling that affect perceived scale. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be received before your order is processed. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Many CORSORIA HOME products are fulfilled and shipped directly by independent vendor partners, so delivery times vary based on the vendor, your location, and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within two days of delivery with the requested photos and information, and we will help submit and coordinate the claim with the applicable vendor and advocate for a prompt resolution. If tracking shows a lost or stolen shipment, please contact us promptly and we will assist with the applicable carrier and vendor claim process. Claim eligibility, available remedies, documentation, timing, and replacement or refund approval are subject to the applicable vendor's and carrier's policies. When a vendor approves a damage or defect claim and its policy provides for return shipping, the return is arranged at no cost to you.
CORSORIA HOME is a registered business entity operating out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where we collect and remit sales tax in accordance with state laws.
Out-of-State Retail Orders
For orders shipped to destinations outside of Pennsylvania, sales tax obligations are calculated based on destination-based economic nexus thresholds. We do not collect retail sales tax on orders shipped to states where CORSORIA HOME has not established an active physical or economic tax nexus. Customers residing in non-taxed states may be personally responsible for reporting and paying a "Use Tax" directly to their state's Department of Revenue, depending on local regulations.

To maintain strict compliance with regional manufacturing, distributor warehouse networks, and state-level wholesale tax statutes, we explicitly restrict retail transactions and shipments to specific geographic zones. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Erie, Pennsylvania. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CORSORIA HOME regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
